4th Gen T4R Subwoofer Install

I'm a newbie to car audio. I am looking to just install a Kicker all-in-one subwoofer. I want to know if anybody else has installed a system / run wires etc on their T4R...
How did you properly pull up the carpet/panels?
How did you run the power wire through the firewall to the battery?
Where did you ground your sub woofer?

I have a aftermarket Sony Xplod stereo... waiting on getting the keys to be able to take it out of the dash.

Some things will be different, like obviously you'll be using RCAs instead of the speaker line-ins, but it covers the questions you asked.
