4th gen. TRD PRO wheels. Am I the first?

Weren't these just released with the trd pro line? How did people have them last summer or a year ago?

I know out West all of the parts dept. guys told me that they would need a TRD Pro VIN to order them and that the wheels were not available to anyone else. That response was straight from their regional manager they said. EB Toyota (East coast I think) didn't seem to have that hurdle. Plugged in the P/N and bought them online. Easy Peasy.

I just got the gray ones last week with 265/70 Duratracs. I almost bought the black ones but switched to gray, glad I made the switch! I'm very happy with them.

the grey looks nice as well.

not really sure what color might work with my 1D4 body color.

Yes they fit great without spacers. pretty flush to the fender. Wheels are a 5mm offset

Last summer I ordered and paid for a set of the TRD Pro wheels online from a dealer in SoCal. The next day they called me to say that to complete the sale I needed to provide 1) My TRD Pro VIN and 2) A copy of a police report stating that the wheels on my new TRD Pro were stolen.

Since I have an '06 Sport, I was out of luck. For three minutes. Until I ordered them online from a dealer in Texas.
