4WD - Both Green and Orange Light Flashes

I replaced the front transfer case actuator (ADD) for my '03 SR5 V6 due to the 4x4 was not engaging and 4x4 light is flashing. Now everything works perfectly (2H, 4H, 4L) but the lights are still flashing. I'd inspected all the wires, and they're all looked fine. I also disconnected the battery, drove it for a while hoping it would reset and syncing with the ECU but it's not working. Is there anything else I could try? Thank you.

I almost wonder if the ECU is thinking the clocking is off? Or it doesn't know if its in 4x4 or not? Are you switching into 4x4 in N then putting it in D and slowly rolling forward after it engages?
