Hi to all members,
I had problem with my 4 runner 2004 V6.when I tried to shift 2wd to 4wd, the 4wd and differential lights start blinking. When I shifted back to 2 wd the lights disappear.took it to toyota dealership and they advised for the front differential equator replacement for $1000. I did so but the problem still exists after replacing equator. Now the say the vehicle is shifting from 2wd to 4wd but the transfer case not passing the signal so I need to change the transfer case which is $2100 part plustneed 11 hrs to do the job.
Please I request all members to please share u experience and any suggestions ?
