I've searched for two days and there are several similar posts, but none identical to my issue. This past weekend, I replaced my 12V fridge wiring with the ARB 8 gauge kit, as I upgraded from a Whynter to ARB fridge. I snaked the ARB wiring harness through the passenger side of firewall where factory harness runs. I did not poke a new hole for the ARB harness but rather ran it immediately adjacent to the factory harness, on the engine (not fender side) of grommet. The fridge install went great and the ARB works like it should. However, the first time I went to start the truck after the install, the cluster showed 4H light on and center diff lock light blinking rapidly. The truck is still in 2H. After unplugging the batteries for 15 minutes, I restarted and now it showed the 4L light on and the center diff light blinking rapidly. We needed to leave for a road trip, so I unplugged 4WD ECU. Took it to a dealer today on our trip and they said the transfer case and front diff actuators and 4Wd ECU are working properly. They told me their is a problem with one of the wire harnesses but did not keep the vehicle longer to truly diagnose it. Although odd, I believe that I must have damaged (pinched?) one of the factory 4WD harness wires running through the firewall grommet when I snaked the ARB harness through there. After dealer visit, everything is the same (4L light on and CDL light blinking fast). Dealer just unplugged 4WD ECU as I had done. There were never any beeps with the lights. Any thoughts/suggestions are more than welcome.

it sounds like you damaged the harness as you snaked the new wires through for your arb. if you feel like you can get a multimeter and start testing plug terminals on the 4wd ECU and switch to see if you can figure some thing out. however the only way youll truely know is to pull the harness and start tracing every last inch of it looking for damage.
