4wheel parts

Just wondering what your folks experiences were. I ordered up the Warn Zeon 10s Platinum from them Monday. Still hasn't shipped. I called 4wheel parts to see if everything was OK with my Paypal payment and was on hold twice today for 30+ minutes and hung up...

I'm no Amazon fan, but no wonder why they are cleaning up. Customer service. I coulda ordered the winch from Amazon and had it yesterday but wanted to support a smaller organization as Amazon takes over the world and is putting brick and mortars out of business everyday.

Anyway...Thoughts on 4wheel parts? I may just cancel via Paypal and even now the amazon gets it to me Monday....Still will give me the 200 off warn deal so they say...

Either call or email them your complaint. I've always had poor initial service with 4WP. Then, I would contact their customer service and they would remedy the situation. After waiting on an item that got lost in their system they overnighted it to me. They seem to work best under the "squeaky wheel gets the grease" principle. It's why I try not to buy too much from them.

I don't know who you called, if it was the store or higher up, but I'd try again higher up. The local stores are really hit and miss, especially when there's a problem.

Is it a sale that Warn is having? I know they do mail-in rebates, if it's one of those you can probably order it anywhere and just send the sales receipt in for the rebate.

I have never had any reason to complain about 4WP. I shop there when the deal is right or they have a great sale. That's it. After BF and Cyber Monday though, it is justifiable that orders may take a little longer due to the influx of sales to gotta have it now that it is on sale ratios. They are not in the market for screwing people, especially with a Warn Zeon winch ($$). Call another 4WP center, and inquire if they have a way to help you, or a direct contact at the store you ordered from. Good Luck, it is probably a small delay. Same thing happened with my RCI Skids and Baja fogs this last week.

[MENTION=170822]stephan07[/MENTION] if you decide that 4Wheel parts is not meeting your needs give Pelfreybilt a look. I ordered a Platinum 10s from them in early November. I think I had it in a few days, shipping was only $25 to my house, they threw in a 20 oz Yeti mug, and the price was $150 dollars less than what 4wheel parts shows on their website.

Edit: I live in Las Vegas so shipping to me may have been a lot cheaper than to east coast.

I’ll post up the install!! Going to an M31 battery with the Pelfrey battery tray. I love the Pelfrey stuff I see. Have a SSO slimline going on as soon as it arrives and the warn. Will need a rear number soon!!!!!

How are you going to mount it? hidden winch plate or do you have a bumper?

Thats right no sales tax and free mount and balance at the store.

About your question, I would say giving that Black Friday and Cyber Monday were just this week, stuff might take a bit longer because they are dealing with numerous orders and you item might have went on backorder.
