4x4 Limted Key Fob

My owner's manual is at home and the vehicle is getting its 10k service.
I though I read somehwere that the key fob could be programmed to partially lower the windows and partially open the sunroof when you unlock the vehicle.
The service writer had never heard of such a thing.
1. Anyone know how to do it or what to tell the service depratment so they can look it up?
2. Has the Texas heat gotten to me and I am only hoping?

They access these setting via TechStream under menu item "customize" there are settings for the door windows, back window, and sunroof (they call it moonroof in the menu)

There is a list in the back of the owners manual.

The Dealer should send that Service writer back to retrain, that features are definitely in the Users' Manual. Unfortunately, the owner doesn't have access to it, has be done by the dealer only.
