4X4 won't emngage

Hey how ya doin, 95 T4r front drive does not engage. Shifter lever moves okay, but missing barely audible electronic type click, the click is when Iknow when the 4X4 is engaged. 4cl 5spd, any ideas where I can start looking?

replaced short vacuum lines with no effect

I've checked the ADD solenoids and both are ok. I am looking for the ADD relay? Would anyone know where it is and what does it look like? Thanks

4X4 won't engage

Thanks for the manual tip. I have vacuum to the end of the actuator when vehicle is running. When I engage 4X4 I am getting no vacuum to the other side of the actuator. Any ideas?
