Excellent Wheels
Just wanted to post my pleasant experience purchasing from Adams06. He shipped the wheels the very next day from Kentucky to California. Wheels were in excellent condition. He's an honest guy, who kept in touch whenever I had a question.
UPS listed one tracking number with a weight of 29 pounds. I emailed Adam and he responded within minutes and explained it was shipped in 5 different boxes. It's reassuring to buy from someone that responds right away. :cheers:

Guess what? He wasn't as honest as I was initially led to believe. Once I got my new tires and had the rims mounted, under direct sun light, you can easily tell the rims were SPRAY PAINTED. Unreal. He said "he gave it to his friend to refurbish, since his friend is good at that, and didn't know how it looked like, but his friend said it matched perfectly." This was after I sent him an email about how disappointed I was with the quality of the rims. Never once did he mention that he gave it to his friend to "clean" or say the rims were modified. How can you take pictures of the rims and not know that you're friend painted it? You handed it to your friend to "clean, so obviously, you KNEW they were painted. After multiple emails (minimum of 10 emails) and going through paypal to get a refund, I shipped these crappy wheels back to him. The wheels weren't "cleaned" as advertised, they were PAINTED and this was never disclosed. The rims are lighter in color than the OEMs because he got them painted. There is over spray and uneven coating on the rims. Buyers beware. i wasted almost half my money on the mount and dismount and on shipping to get these rims back to this guy.
