50K Mile Maintenance Question - New Member

Hello everyone, I am a new member and this is my first post. I have an 04 Runner / Sport V6 and plan on performing the 60K mile service myself over the weekend. The plan is to replace the spark plugs, using Denso Iridum's all around, replace the front brake pads - Akebono (not resurfacing rotors), and change my in-cabin air filter - Denso. I had the dealership flush and fill front and rear diff's and transfer case at 50K, and I had the transmission flushed at 40K miles also by dealership since I really wanted toyota fluids. I am diligent with oil changes and do them all myself (Quaker State - Q Full Syn at every 4K or so and only use Toyota oil filters, Air filter at every 10K, and tire rotation at every 7.5-10K)

I have the Toyota service manuals and am a pretty handy DIY-er, my question for the group is really what am I missing at 50-60K miles that the dealer will know but I dont know? I find Toyota's maintenace schedule to be very vague, and they recommend checking basically everything but only recommend actually maintenancing/replacing certain things.

When should I flush and fill the radiator? Change fuel filter? Clean injectors, lube chasis, etc. This is my first Toyota, I have had mostly Fords where you are under the hood every weekend so I need some help. I plan to keep my Toyota's for a VERY long time and i dont want to be kicking myself down the road.

I think the 2004s (if it's pink) have the Toyota Super Long Life Coolant, good for 100k miles before replacement. The red fluid, Toyota Long Life Coolant needs to be replaced at a shorter interval.

The fuel filter is in the fuel pump and not in line like older vehicles.

The only other item to lube is the driveshafts if you have 4WD. There are three zerks on the front and three on the rear. Four are U-joints and two are for the slip joints. Aside from that, maybe the door hinges. I only do it if it squeaks because it attracts lots of dirt.

I appreciate your help, I will stay the course with the service I have planned for this weekend and check the coolant for red or pink. I want to say its red not pink though, I could be wrong.

I guess I am just used to having to do a lot more a lot sooner with other vehicles I have had. Its hard for me to leave everyhting alone.
