5100 with OME 283. Spring position

I noticed this.
Should the end of the spring tip touch the end of the spring seat?
Is this a safety issue? Really dont want to go back in,,,,if it's not a safety issue.

Ideally, you'd want it rotated a bit more to fully seat but I doubt you'll encounter any issues as-is.
