Crank and Cam off - Timing Belt issue

Hello all,

I am performing a timing belt replacement on my 04 V8 4.7L Limited.

I've done it before and had no issues, however this time I fear I screwed up.

I set the belt to T on the crank and removed the old belt.

I placed the new belt on and then advanced the right crank to make sure everything stayed in line. I noticed that when I turned it back to TDC the belt was off by one notch on the crank.
I advanced it further back to T and corrected the belt. I put the engine back together and it won't start.

I removed everything again and notice the cranks are not in line.

Where do I go from here? Do I advance the crank without the belt?

Any help is appreciated.

I'm sure someone with direct knowledge on this will chime in, but I would think setting the crank to it's proper position and with the cams close to where they are supposed to be, as pictured may be it, remove belt, manually align cams and reinstall belt.
