5100s made for FJ compatible with 4Runner?

Will 5100s for an FJ work on a 4Runner? I'm assuming so...(?)

what years? I think FJ up to 2009 would fit the 4th gens. I think the bottom mount for the shocks on the 2010 FJ's and 5th GEN runners have changed
