5100s or FJ TRDs again?

Hi guys, I have been noticing that the rear FJ TRD shocks on my 2005 4R are leaking a bit and they don't work as well. Should I look for newer FJ takeoffs or switch to 5100s? Are the 5100s about the same length as stock? I'm not sure how long the FJ TRD shocks are but they were fine.

This could possibly cause some imbalance with the fronts so I'm not sur what to do there. Ideally, I could just find some TRD takeoffs but if I can't, what do you guys recommend? The struts are probably tough to disassemble so I'd need to find a full setup, right?

Stock height (or very close) is preferred since I have my Jeep for the harder offroading. The 4R is our main vehicle but also used on forest service roads, fire roads, trips, etc.

I have been looking at CL and the FJ Crcuiser forum for takeoffs. The last ones were a local purchase from a FJ guy. That worked out well.

I'm not sure how they compare to FJ TRD's, but the Tacoma TRD's may be easier to find and should work great.

I think they are similar to the 4600 or 5100, I'm sure somebody here knows what they are rebadged from. The rear taco TRD shocks will need the bushings swapped in the eye of the shock to work on the 4r, they're like 6-8$. Energy Suspension 9.8108G. Not too hard to make a ghetto press to get them out yourself.

For a set from a Tacoma do they differ if they are from a TRD Sport or a TRD off road? I am assuming they would be the same. Found some on CL from a 2012 taco trd sport for $200 that I might buy and keep until the Xreas dies.

I believe they are revalved 4600's.
