The door actually seems fine. I hit the buttom lip thingy when the door was going up and it was bent.

I have contacted the locally dent remover guy to get a quote. Seems to me that it would need filler and paint but I dont know.

My wife had the same kind of dent on her car a while ago. I was able to take off the trim peace and push the dent out with my hand. I actually just popped back since there is a lot of pressure in a dent. The only way you could tell was a couple small bumps on each side of the dent. You could barely see it and it was better than a dent. You might try that before spending $$$ on a dent place.

Sorry ding guys are not fixing that. they do dings not dents. Most shops charge $350 - $400 at best. My advice is find a body man who works at home, most every shop has one of these guys. You get good work and a fair price.

ouch...sorry to see that. I did something similar, but not a dent, a gouge 12 long on the back door.

Bummer, I put the "lil kid" sensors bumper high so my garage door would not work if my t4r was in the way. Saved me a few times! And don't worry its still "kid high" too!!!
