It will not be flush, it will stick out about an inch or so. If you look a couple pages back at the 3D models you can see how it will stick out a bit.

Lol first id like to blame South Dakota and Wyoming winters on the state of my truck. Second, even with it dirty those are pretty pictures.
I just dropped off the bumper this morning for blasting and powdercoating. Was contemplating leaving the Mad Max look to it, but decided that black would look better.
I was able to pull the bumper off by myself in about 9 inches of snow with an 8 month old watching so that should let you know the install/uninstall process was pretty simple. Just pop the bumper cover off and then unbolt 10 bolts that hold it to the frame. Once I get the bumper back and install the winch and clean the outside of the truck ill throw some photos up.
Lastly, huge thanks to Caleb and the guys at C4. They were incredibly easy and awesome to work with and did a freaking outstanding job on this bumper. So glad they were able to get it to this point and cant wait to start seeing more of these around.

The bumper cover and trail trim all come off to get cut. Its not a difficult process. We will have an install video put together very soon and posted to our youtube channel.

Should have it back Thursday and then ill get it installed Friday. I just have a winch at the moment, still deciding on the lightbar but ill get some pictures of it installed with the winch and powdercoat Friday.

Lol on the contrary, I want it rushed. Right now my truck looks like its missing its two front teeth with a giant hole in the bumper. Cant wait to get it back.
And luckily Im in Denver, so definitely not dealing with that insane cold in SoDak. My wifes family is from NE SoDak and they basically closed the entire town down for 3 days due to -65 degree wind chills. Im good with Denver's wimpy winter.

Sorry for the dirty truck. Everything we got is melting and roads are trash. Still figuring out the lightbar but here it is blasted and coated with the winch. Also couldnt get the images to upload so I just hosted from Imgur.

What winch did you go with? Did you have to move the ?AC? lines or any other tweeks to get the winch to fit? If you have time, please post a mini how-to.

I went with the superwinch tigershark 9500 since I had it laying around from my last truck. Absolutely no tweaks needed. Ac line was almost touching so I put some thick 3m tape in case it contacts at all but no issues with install. It was seriously incredibly easy. Hardest part was actually mounting the winch to the bumper and then lifting it up so someone could thread the bolts and at least gets them started. I'm up in the mountains skiing this weekend but I'll post some of the mounting pictures later on.
The bumper cover pops off after you remover the three screws on each fender lining and then remove all those stupid plastic clips in the engine bay.thata the most time consuming. Trying to make sure those bastards don't shatter.
