5th Gen 4Runner - Window Rattle

I know, another rattle thread. I've searched and searched but turned up no results on this forum or via my Google searching.

2014 4Runner, we recently developed a rattle from the front windows that only occurs with the windows partially down. It is obnoxious and makes the car sound like its falling apart. I have pulled the door panels and found all of the screws that hold the regulator and glass to the track were tight. I ended up finding the noise was coming from the rubber track that holds the window in place at the front of the window as you roll it up and down.

Here is a video of said rattle, it is very easy to replicate. It only occurs when the window is part way down.

Has anyone else had this noise and if so, what was your fix?

My guess is the rubber tracks suffer compression set (shrinks under compression and stays that way permanently even when said load is removed) as well as hardens due to oxidative degradation over time and the resulting combination of the two is that in certain glass positions there is too much clearance between the tracks and glass allowing it to rattle under normal driving vibrations. Is that a run-on, lol?

Replace the rubber tracks and any maybe other aged rubber in the system.
