5th Gen For Sale/Wanted Thread

I have the stock front shocks, rear coil-overs and upper control arms from my 2014 Trail Edition for sale. Less than 1500 miles on these before I added the OME Lift and new UCAs. $200 for everything. Prefer local pickup in the Denver area.

I hope you get a refund on those. No reason why you shouldn't. Did the shipper really think the emblems would not be broken shipped in a bubble mailer? Thing needs to be wrapped in bubble and shipped in a box.

WOW. Thanks, this is really helpful. I got screwed on the deal, no refund for damaged goods. I'm being open and honest about the condition, offering a discount for a hard to get item that has a lead time.

I know your a big shot here and offer lots of help, but I don't see the point in your comment. Thanks a bunch.

I would file a claim with PayPal or your bank that it processed through if I was you. Its only $45 but still its $45. :AK47:

I'm not wantng PayPal to get my money back from the seller. He was being helpful to the forum and had these made up and didn't make any profit that I'm aware of. Yea, I wish they were packaged better but....anyway... I thought I was being pretty cool about it and would simply offer these up to someone who may want to fix them and save a few bucks and I eat the rest of the money I've wasted. It's not that much, but I'm not in the habit of throwing $45 away for the hell of it. I'm not hiding that they are broken at all....but apparently I'm being the ass for trying to sell broken junk???

Whatever.. Internet tough guys are everywhere. Must make them feel better for some reason.

For anyone that cares... If you are selling something that I'm not interested in buying, I simply move past your thread without feeling the need to comment and make you look like you are trying to rip off some poor helpless forum member that can't think for themselves.
 
Budbuilt regular bumpout sliders with full tread plating for sale

These go for over $800 new and are in excellent to like new condition, already packed to ship. They are the regular sliders with full tread plating and black powder coating. I will take $550 plus shipping. Of course local pickup is always nice if someone in Central Florida is interested. PM me for additional details or if you have any questions.
 
Don't worry, bandaman, little cliques form on this site and you just have to deal with it. About a month ago I much more delicately told somebody to lower the price on an item and I had the lynch mob forming to string me up! Just roll with it and absorb some of the knowledge on here.

Pretty rotten that the seller did not stand by his product and refund you your money. It doesn't matter if he was doing it as a good gesture and selling them at cost, fact is you paid for and received a broken item. I've sold lots of items through ebay and forums. I always pack well and I always get insurance. If it gets there damaged or not working, I give them a refund, eat the initial cost, and take it up with the shipper. No questions asked. What's worse is that the seller acted like he was the victim instead of doing the right thing and giving you back your money. Honestly, I would have raised a much bigger stink in his FS thread.
