Not a fan of the filled in parts of the grille under the sensor covering up the middle of the light bar. Anyone know if cutting the holes back out to allow light to shine through again affect the arrays ability to function? I checked behind the grill and it seems purely for aesthetic purposes.

May want to update your fitment guide, as I dont think the hidden light bars will fit on a 2020 with the laser cruise module..

Will these brackets work with Baja LP9s? I don't like the idea of covering up part of the light bar so I'm looking for other options

They are meant for an led bar, but if you can get extra part of steel you could mount a straight bar on it to mount the LP9s.

I have posted this question to about the filled in parts below the safety sense. I have the led bar and led pods in my cart to buy thru Cali. Laying on the floor with a flash light and checking things out behind there I think if you really take your time I think you could take a router to router out the solid black pieces and not effect the grille itself. I’m not sure if I want to attempted or I will
Leave it there. I know I’m adding the led bar I had one on my 15 Tacoma and I loved it. Why Toyota put that piece there because looking behind the grille it does nothing for the safety sense. That is pretty much mounted on its own.

Hey Steve, I don’t have a pic. I had the combo on my 15 Tacoma years ago. Jake from Cali says the combo is better. I thought so to loved it in my Tacoma. Hope this helps.

I dont have any photos, but the combo beam is what 95% of people go with. A combo beam pattern is a combination of a spot beam and flood. The outsides of the white LEDs have flood reflectors, and the center of the bar is spot LEDs, which makes for a nice overall throw of the light. A spot beam does not have the flood reflectors, so it is best for very concentrated, long distance light projection.
