5th Gen Running Boards Opinions

I'm new here and I've got a 10 4R TE. I want to get some running boards for the kids/wife and I'm not wanting to spend $400 for the oems unless they're really worth it. Haven't seen any other good updated discussions in the forum about this, so what do you guys think? Thanks.

I saw a Trail Edition with the SR5/Limited accessory running boards and it looked very odd. I don't know if there are Toyota-accessory running boards specific to the Trail Edition (I think the Canadian ones have TE-specific ones standard).

There are TE specific running boards. I have the Toyota boards and they are great, unlike the SR5/Ltd boards.

I'm in Enid, OK. I'll have to check the local area for unwanted ones. The only problem is I bought my truck in OK City, and it was the only TE for sale in OK, KS, or MO. It still might be, to be honest with you. My local dealer's manager saw mine in the service bay a 2 months ago and tried to buy it off of me, saying that with the tsunami, they're not getting any anytime soon. Thanks for the advice.
