5th Gen. Satoshi Grill Mod. How to.

This is my first time on here so forgive me if this has already been posted. Anyway, I just picked up my 2010 4runner Trail Thursday last week and love it. I had a Nissan Xterra before this and nothing compares.
I was wondering how hard is it to do the Satoshi GRill Mod on the 5th gen. It looks pretty easy but I from looking at my grill but I don't want to be tearing it apart without knowing exactly what needs to be done. Please feel free to post pictures, step by steps or and tips you can.

Its a pretty easy mod, you basically use your stock grille piece as a bracket for the new grille. Check out the mod thread, if you're worried about cutting up your grille, I have a couple spares if your interested just pm me.
