I saw one that looks almost exactly like that on I-70 last Friday about 30 miles East of the exit to Moab. It was going the other way though (it was headed East). It definitely had black rims, lift, and upsize tires. Not sure if had Baja Rack or not...

Spotted a Silver TE heading northbound on US 101 into Santa Barbara around 12:30 today. Looked like it had a shrockworks sticker on drivers side back window, and maybe a Gobi/Bajarack and a bike rack or something from the hitch.

Sorry for the delayed response, that's me. Yes it's the Shrockworks rear tire carrier, Jim and the guys really did me a solid while I was deployed overseas. I live in Annapolis and work in N. Va. Definitely have been seeing more and more 4Runners in the DMV and always wonder if any are from the T4R.ORG forum.
