Picked up a new 2016 SR5 a few days ago and had to do the comfort mods for the interior before embarking on the exterior mods.

All three rows done by a shop was $1995. 3/36 warranty. From what I can tell, you can eBay the seats for about $550 per row. Dealer quote was $2100. I went with the shop installation so if there were any problems it was on the installer.
