Yea it is the Gobi ladder. There were some fitment issues with the previous baja racks but it looks like they moved it a bit forward on the current models and the gobi ladder clears the back of the baja rack by about an inch. Baja has a ladder but I think they are in some sort of litigation right now and can't sell it yet.
