Great pictures and nice looking 4Runner! I'm guessing you were on the east side of the Lost Creek Wilderness, in in the Hayman Burn area. Near Cheesman Reservoir perhaps? Fun area for hiking, climbing and 4-wheeling! :banana:

I got mine from Stevinson too (in January). I have yet to change anything on it, but those stock tires will be the first thing to go. Here's mine just after the test drive, with my old Grand Cherokee next to it.

Thanks! I'll let you know. I'll probably wear down the original tires a bit and then replace them in the fall.

What tipped me off to your location is the mountain in the background of your first picture. That's 9836 ft. Thunder Butte. And the sawed-off smaller summit in the distance behind it is unnamed 8790 (informally known as "Thunder Ridge"). Both are fun climbs with great views from the summits. Here's a picture taken of Thunder Butte from the summit of Sheep Nose, which is 2 miles to the south of it. The angle's a bit different than in your picture, but you can see many of the same features.

is that can carrier custom for the bumper or are they generic enough? i dont like the design for the shrockworks thing i have. After one year of use of SW hardware I feel they can do a better job of paying attention to details.

CBI has tried to make their 4Runner bumper modular. So, the gas can carrier, hi lift jack mount etc... are parts that can be added on later. I'm sure if you call CBI, they can figure out something for you to use. They are super easy to work with and can custom make anything you want.
