Just put tint on today. I didn't tell my wife, and left the car in the driveway to bake in the sun. When she came home, I asked her if she noticed anything different on the 4Runner. She thought I had put new rims on the it. As we were walking out the door to look at the car, she was already asking me how much did I spend. After knowing it was only tint and $50, I think she will let me stay in the house tonight:dancin:

Looks so much better with the front windows tinted. Good work. Glad you posted both pics to compare.
 
I installed my PIAA Crystal Ion Fog lights today and cleaned her up on this beautiful 70 degree day. We went cruising around and shot some pics. I hav'nt wired them up yet and going out to do that now.

You still need that Trail hood... and Black side mirrors Other than that it looks great!!!

it looks like you found a way to make the unfinished trim seen below more visually appealing (where the rocker panels used to be). may I ask how you went about doing this?

I'm going to admit... I was a bit disappointed when the Shoreline Blue Pearl wasn't as vibrant and as bright a blue as it appears on the Toyota website:

But I had time to adjust my expectations based on other real world pictures and was very happy when I saw my own for the first time, and I have come to realize that this paint never looks the same twice. Much like the Pacific Ocean and the Puget Sound, she changes colors to match the weather and I love it:

I easily figured they played with the color on that picture, if you looked at the 2 following that, you'd see the actual color.

I do have to admit, the color changes in the light..on a great sunrise and sunset and in the evening the blue is fantastic looking. I love mine and get a lot of compliments on the color.

Ill be up on Whidbey Island in June, hopefully to stay and retire at.

You can definitely tell they photoshoped this picture. Not only did they change the color slightly, they also adjusted the contrast and had the picture at the right angle to maximize the lines on the truck. You really can't blame them. It is a great picture that gives it a beefy look. If you look at all of our pics, the lines do not stand out like they do on the brochure pic.

Im from Tacoma, quite used it. The weather on Whidbey is actually one of the best in the area due to deception pass. Will def miss San Diego's weather but very much looking forward to having fun in the 4runner in the olympics and cascades.
