5th gen wheels on 4th gen

I have an 06 4runner that did not come with a spare tire when we bought it. I have 265/70/17 tires/wheels on there now. My wife got a flat tire going into work (she got it pulling into the building, thankfully), and one of her friend's there has a 2014 4runner and offered her spare tire to us. Will all the wheels from the 5th gens fit the 4th? I have a 1.5" spacer lift in the rear, if that helps. Also, it's a limited and originally had the 18" limited wheels on them.

If the 5th Gen spare is from an SR5 or Trail model, then it likely has a 17" wheel. If the spare is from a 5th Gen Limited model, these came with 20" wheels.
