5vz-fe Crankshaft Pulley Bolt Question

Hello guys about to start on my timing belt/water pump replacement and wanted to clarify which is the correct CS pulley bolt. Was looking through my parts and found 2 different ones. One with a built in washer and one with a washer. Thanks in advance.

The one pictured on the right with the washer looks like the one on my 4runner...

The information I have is this:

Crankshaft front pulley bolt
90105-16031 -for those assembled BEFORE 10/98

90119-16006- for those assembled 10/98 up through 2002 models

But it could be the later model bolt is an update and good for all years...?

Sounds good thanks for the replies. I will most likely use the newer style.
