Howdy Folks! My name is Randy and I have the following spare engine parts for sale. All parts are from a 1998 5VZ engine that was from my son's 1998 4Runner. The original owner overheated the engine because of a failed water pump. The Toyota dealer sold her a $2,500 repair replacing the heads (listed below) and other parts. 5,800 miles later a hurt piston began tapping. The engine still ran smooth with good power and NO metal in oil. Heads are like brand new. I bought the rig and replaced the whole motor with a used unit, but it was no good. I got another used engine and now the rig is fine. The parts listed here are what good parts remained from both used engines that were good used parts. All parts appear to be in good serviseable condition, but are sold "As is". Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs from 92557. I have many other engine parts that are not listed, but are available for sale, just let me know what your looking for and I will respond if I have the part. 2001 4Runner/Tacoma 3.4L V6 complete engine wiring harness in good condition. Not sure if it was from a manual or automatic tranny. I think its for an auto trans but I'm not 100% sure. $75

1999 or 2000 4Runner/Tacoma 3.4L V6 wiring harness in good condition but missing 4 connectors. I don't know if its for a manual or auto trans. $40

I would sell the throttle body for $30. I only have 2 coils left, both for $40. I only have the Tacoma or 4Runner air box shown, sorry. I think shipping will be in the $15 to $20 range. Kind of off topic but I read a thread of yours a while back about an engine knock at idle. Very good stuff in it. Also read you were in a bad accident. Hope all is well with you. Good price on those heads too, if I have to rebuild mine soon I'd be very interested.

Thanks for asking Jakknz. I am almost able to walk without a limp, my broken back is doing OK, but the closed head injury was the hardest things to recover from, its taken awile for the fog to clear.

Yeah, it seems when I'm looking for spare parts I can never find them. I would like to see this stuff go to a good home, otherwise, I'll just keep it in my spare parts shed.
