5vz.... gearing

okay so i have a 91 5speed t4r under going a 5vz swap .

i know that gearing for 33" tires is 4.88 for 5speeds and 5.29 for autos
but that was for the 3.slow
what gearing would i use for the 3.4 ..........4.56??? and my truck is a 5speed 4x4

also for those who had done the swap input is greatly appreciated
like in mpg power gearing how does it feel

You'd go with the same gearing that you'd use with the 3.0.
