5vzfe upper and lower plenum removal

I plan on changing the valve cover gaskets on my 4runner - 5vzfe soon. I see plenty of guides / tutorials on how to change the valve cover gaskets, but I cannot find any guides / tutorials on how to remove the upper and lower plenum, so i can get to the valve covers.

I could just start removing, vacuum lines, cables, wires, bolts, nuts etc., but before i do i would like to try to be efficient and only remove what's necessary on the upper and lower plenum.

can somebody point me to a guide on how to do this efficiently?

I appreciate any help.

Download the trd supercharger install PDF. It is in there. Putting it back together just torque the bolts to spec following the torque guide on the forum.
