6 CD changer into a Limited center console

Anyone install a Kenwood 6 CD changer (KDC-C667) or other non-factory changer into a Limited center console? djy installed one here , but I don't think he had the rear air vents in his 4Runner.

I will need to trim the back of the console to fit this changer, but I was curious if I'd also be cutting into the rear air vents at the same time.

Any insight would be extremely helpful, I couldn't find a topic about this already.
