70k on my 4runner what should have been done on my runner

i have 70k on my runner what maintenance should i have done by now i havent had anything done besides oil changes and tire rotations and replaced the rear rotors and pads because they were completely gone

Full tune-up:

NGK plugs / new wires
distributor cap / rotor
fuel filter
air filter
PCV valve
change all gear oils and fluids
give it the full Sea Foam treatment 100 miles before next oil/filter change.

be sure to do the seafoam before you change the plugs...

Im assuming you've got an 07, so no need to change the cap and rotor.

Other than that, everything he said and maybe do a drain and fill on the trans.

I thought I covered that when I said "change all gear oils" ..

.... and Sea Foam doesn't foul-up spark plugs.

Plus: Flush the trans WS fluid.
Re-line the brakes before the front calipers freeze.
Flush brake fluid
Drain fill radiator coolant
Drain fill power steering reservoir
Replace serpentine belt.
Grease drive shafts
Clean MAF sensor
Clean PCV valve

Calm down, SUB-T--it's all good. No harm done if someone simply repeats something--we can all see that for ourselves, and we move on. If they state something you know to be wrong, then by all means jump in. We're all friends here (or we at least should be friendLY to our fellow Runners).
