I don't know your ZIP code so I can't check for you but in my neck of the woods it seems that the Factory Incentive is now "$1000 Cash Back or Reduced APR on a new 2003/2004 4Runner!".

Those deals are not available in NYC. I guess it matters where you are.

In my region (Central Atlantic - VA, WV, MD, PA, NJ, DC), it doesn't have any rebate for 4Runner....recently, I have seen at least 4 4Runner 04/03 on the way to work...It must be sold a lot in my area....Oh well, I wonder anyone will wait until September to get the best deal of 04Runner...:xnuts:
