85 4runner and 94 accord

sup guys, i just joined. Hope to learn more about my newest purchase on here when i start fixin stuff on it. I got it for $1600, its got a 3" lift, 31's ... front end was hit so its been rebuilt with 84 parts, solid axle and manual locking hubs ... its got the 4cyliner with 200k, and a new tranny replaced 40k ago. Runs pretty good so far. Its got a few problems, the tint is turning purple, and the guy had his stereo stolen so the lock on the pass door is all messed up.

The other car in my signature if you are wondering is a 94 accord ex lowered on h&r sports (1.8f 1.5r) 17" eneki cdr9's, short ram intake, exhaust, and a bangin stereo system

had a little fun in the mud yesterday and took some more pics!

busted pass side lock, the guy who owned it before me said he had 3 different subs and decks stolen out of it

drivers seat is pretty shot, i talked to a guy at tap in sacramento and he said newer 4 runner seats will fit too, so im lookin around

"barely broken in" ... its got a new tranny 40k ago and the engine was rebuilt

had to throw in some of the accord too.

id say you need bigger meats on the runner... try bfg t/a ko's or bridgestone dueler revo's.

those are the two most popular choices because theyre great tires and they look great too... they should help you with your next venture into the mud!

thanks for the reccomendation, ill definitley look into those tires when these get bald ... ive also heard swampers are good, but they drop your gas mileage pretty significantly from what im told.

yea, because theyre generally purchased larger, they do. but the larger you go, the more your gas mileage drops.

i got 14mpg on my last tank, which was mostly freeway driving i went to sacramento and back.

Nice truck! just watch out for head gasket blow outs..ive fixed mine twice..oh yea an i got 116 000 KM on mine

u can fit the 04 seats in if u wanted...im planning on doing the same to mine
