85 4runner diagnostic port

hello, i have read on here and heard the diagnostic port should be by the main fuse box, but its not i cant seem to find it at all under the hood, any ideas?

It should be under the hood. drivers side but the air box. there are two small yellow plugs. you want the smaller one. it is called terminal "T" you need to jump it to set you timing as well
