Looks to be really, really, clean...has it ever been repainted?
85-solid front axle.
Cons:
DLX trim-no tach, vinyl interior, hand crank windows.
190k, hows the oil consumption? Watch the timing chain, common failure around the 200k mark.

Ha ha, thanks for the offer but I'll pass. Not much of a beer drinker....
And you should consider adding "fuel injection" to your "pros" category. It's a pretty rare option with the solid front axle. And your "cons" category is debatable. Lol! I actually prefer the vinyl interior. So easy to keep clean. But yeah, it does not have the SR5 package which is nice.
Lastly, no it has never been repainted. And oil consumption has not been a problem, however when you only put about 2 to 3k miles a year on a truck and change the oil every year it's kinda hard to tell. Timing chain guides are still intact but it does rattle for about 2 seconds at startup. Running Toyota oil filters helps to hold the oil pressure a lot better than other brands which help with that. It runs the same today as it did when I bought it 15 years ago...

What about a nice vintage Port? I have a 1970 Warre's Tercentary that would be completely wasted on my pallet.
Fuel injection definitely a Pro, no argument there, though I wouldn't say SFA with EFI is any more rare than SFA in general.
Pros and Cons are both debatable honestly, but you asked for input. The SFA would slide into some peoples "cons" for instance.
Having owned three first gens and one 86 pickup, I just know what strikes my interest when I cruise CL for them, which is about twice a month. I typically scroll past DLX models.
If this were an SR5 with clean interior you might be closer to that $8-10K mark some are suggesting. Just one humble man's opinion is all.
At the end of the day it is worth exactly what someone will pay for it.

I sold my 87 a while back and I have absolutely no idea what I was thinking. Would do almost anything to get it back.

I somewhat agree, no sr5 and not 100% stock brings down the value a little.
Still would fetch 6-8k easy though imo.
The thing with SFA is that some may view them as a con because it doesn't fit their needs and they've experienced the road manners of one.
BUT it's the cool thing to have and most people want them because they think it's the holy grail of setups, as if the SFA would transform the vehicle into something you'd see on the cover of 4wd magazine. I believe that is what's driving the market for the 85s recently.
Hell I bought mine for 2k and it was in very very bad shape, but I knew what I was in for and what I had planned for it.
OP my advice is (if you can help it) hang on to the truck for a little longer. The value will only go up a little more from here as time goes on its getting very hard to find a clean unmolested 85.
Edit: to add I proclaimed to my wife I am never EVER selling my truck. No way will I make that regretful desicion

Nope, not missing anything. On my truck the EFI emblem is on the tail gate. No pictures of engine because I'm not actually selling the truck yet. Didn't feel the need to capture everything since I was just trying to get a feel for its value. Most people care more about the outside than inside. I can tell you though, it looks just about the same as every other 32 year old motor with 190k miles on it. Not much to see... But I'd be happy to snap one for you if you really doubt me on it being fuel injected.

freaking clean truck, and thanks for straightening me out. I haven't owned a 1st Gen 4Runner since 1990. I had it in my head the 4Runner had the EFI emblem on the Door pillar like the 2nd gen trucks
Engine pics just because popping the hood is about the 1st thing I have ever done when looking at cars/truck that I may purchase (probably had 40+ in 35 years of driving). A lot can be said on how well a car has been treat under the hood IMO
