Hey guys, first of all I'd like to thank everyone that has taking time to make this forum what it has become. I've used this site multiple times to troubleshoot various minor problems on my '86, needless to say she wouldn't be running this good without all of you guys help.
I've bought this '86 22re auto when I was working in California a few years back. Grab it up after looking for a 4runner for a few months with no luck of finding a 5spd that wasn't either totaled or a serious project truck. I was still travelling and needed something that could be a daily driver.
The guy that I bought it from just rebuilt the motor after plowing it into a snow bank. This toyo was in decent running shape considering the distributor was 180' out, the body was painted three different colors and has gone thru some physical changes forsure. Bought her at 186k and she is now at 206k with a paint job and new carpet and seats. I just moved to Colorado and will be upgrading her from here on.
