86' front brake question. leaks at caliper.breakline

Ok I have an 86 4runner and my wife just replaced the front calipers. Now she knows what she was doing and made sure everything was tight. After driving it about 90 miles it stated to leak where the break line connect to the caliper. So I went and tightened it. It was not very tight either something that would not be overlooked. After checking it and then driving it a bit I took the wheel back off and everything was fine. Except now the other side, now the passenger front started leaking in the same spot. I tightened that.I have not driven it and tested it yet. Is there a reason that those fittings would back out? Could they be to long for the new calipers? I plan on just buying a new line for both sides soon, but really cant afford it right now. The current lines are stock as with most of the truck and the calipers are your run of the mill NAPA calipers(brand?).
Any Ideas or suggestion? Suggestions on new brake lines. It would only be the 8-12 inch section.

I had this problem aswell when I did my SAS.
Had to retighten them two times after the installation. But that was just on one sides, I never figured out why. But it hasn't done this again for the last one year so I think it's just something that "sometimes needs to do"
Never thought 'bout this more after I fixed it so I'd just leave it be and check again after some drivin'.

Sounds good I am about to take it out for a spin now then press on the brakes a lot. As long as I was not the only one it makes me feel better.
