Sat Nav is not standard to Rav4 but standard on Sienna and other 4 wheel drive models. It was installed after purchase of the car but the operators manual is missing.

Hmm...it seems like it might be for a 2011-2012 Sienna, perhaps you can go to this website, and punch in that info to download the manuals?

Can you get me either the VIN or the Model Year and Trim?

I can try and punch it in TIS and see what comes up if I have the time at work.

Thanks will give it a try. Pretty frustrating this as all Toyota dealers I speak to (in Australia) seem to have no knowledge of this unit - very strange!!

I was able to download and print a copy of the instruction manual, once again thanks. NOw if I can only find a site to update my Map DVD. I have Whereis (Australia) Version 18, looking for the latest one which is version 19. You sir are a scholar and a gentleman and I"ll shout you a beer if you in Australia.
