I have a 1987 4Runner that I bought in 9/06 for parts for my 86. I soon after moved to Colorado (the tr4 is in NW Iowa). As far as I can tell it is too good of a truck to just start stripping for what I need. The previous owner swapped the auto for a manual tranny. It seems to run ok for the I time I drove it around. There are some minor rust issues although the interior is in great condition for as old as it is. I will be going home around the holidays and will get some pics to post or send if anyone is interested.
