88 4runner motor swap... need advise

ok guy ive done tons of research and haven't got much help other than a full custom one off bell housing. Ive got a 88 22re with a w56 5 spd i have a perfect running 3.0 (6g72) out of a 99 3000gt . I love these motors Ive got 3 lol. i am willing to go auto would like to stay with the stock tranny and transfer case , i would like to do this as easy and or as cheap as possible. and help or ideas is appreciated

While its a crime against nature to put a Mitsu engine in a Toyota, would be a neat swap if you coul pull it off. It would be a ton of custom work, and a R150F trans would probably be better.

i know . i would never have considered getting rid of my 22re but ive dropped so much money in this motor and it didnt make enough power for highway driving and ive lost the bottom end twice last year. could you tell me the advantage of the r150f over the w56 keep in mind i will be right under 200 hp thanks
