~ Anyone know the thread pattern of the shifter knobs for the 5spd shifter and 4wd shifter?

~ Anyone know where you can get after market front and rear bumpers?

~ Anyone know where to get the removable top weather striping?... I've heard that it will probably tear up if I remove the top.

~ Anyone have any good ideas or know-how to make a 22RE perform better?

~ Anyone know where I could find side step bars?...Never like the cheezy aluminum running boards.

I'm sure I will have more questions later. Thanx, for any and all help!

knob: 12mm X 1.25

there are some bumpers at LC engineering

I am in the process of having my exhaust done, if you get a good cat-back system you are looking at a 4ish hp gain from what I have been told. with headers and 2.5 " piping I have been told you can gain 15ish hp.

Thanx Chet, that's some good info! I'll look into the catback system and probably go with the 2.5" exhaust, but I'll have to make sure it wont give me EMI problems. What exhaust system do you recomend? I've seen alot of pace-setter products, especially on ebay, and not sure if they're over priced garbage or not. It seems that all the companies that used to make aftermarket gear for older yota's stopped doing it a few years ago,and thats the issues I've been running into... Thanx Bro!

2.5" if you are doing a header
2.25" without is what I have heard

I just got a post saying that 15 hp is not pheasable. more like 10

I dont have an wxhaust upgrade on my 87'

I have decided to do a cat back system and gain about 5 hp

Aight, Thanx for the info, Brada! Keep me posted with any other info you have. I did check out LC Engineering and they got most of what I need.
