89 4Runner Rear Glass

I have just bought a nice 89 4Runner and can't get the back glass to go down. I have pulled the console and checked the switch wiring with a test light. No power to it. Can't find a fuse for it, but I understand there may be a breaker for it that can be reset, but I cannot find it. Can anyone tell me where this breaker might be. I have removed the glovebox and did not see anything there that I thought was it. Thanks for any help!

The CB for the rear window is upper right above the drivers kick pane fuse box.
