Hey. I live in RVA too!
Toyota 4Runner Soft Top | 4Runner Truck Toppers Caps | Softopper seems to be the cheapest right now. I have one. It comes with the boot to wrap around it when you fold the top down. I used to have a Kayline, which are no longer made and it was nice but I had to wrap a bungee around it when it was folded down. IMO Softopper is much better quality.
It's currently $749. plus $34.95 shipping. They used to also sell on eBay and the price there was a little cheaper.
