90' SR5 and I am at wits end!

It's a Canadian built 4 Runner 3 liter auto trans. It won't go... It starts hard, usually firing on the second or third crank cycle. It gets up to 25-35 mph okay, but struggles from there, and most often wont go past 50-55 tops. Changed plugs, wires, cap, rotor, tps, airflow meter, fuel pump and filter. No exhaust obstructions. plugs chalky white like it's running lean when I started down this road. Checked for vacuum leaks... none found.... :wtf:
My wife is tweaking over this big time. I found this forum and was hoping someone here could help The truck, once started revs fine, timing is good, and it runs better the hotter the ambient temperature is. She also does better if driven and then sits for a few. Once she is warm she fires right up like she is supposed to. Any ideas?

IANAM (I Am Not A Mechanic), but hard start, running lean, and no power all kinda lean towards a fuel issue to me. Try testing your fuel pressure, and if that's good send the injectors in for a cleaning. Is the computer throwing any codes?

I haven't found anyone who can test the fuel pressure yet. Guess the adapters are hard to come by? There were codes, one for the tps, and one for the airflow meter. Wiring tested out good, so I replaced them. The tps was set using a DVOM and feeler guage per Alldata.
I have never wrenched on a 4runner prior to this. Does anyone know where/how to check the fuel pressure? GM puts a schrader valve port right on the fuel rails, but I don't see anything like that... One guy I took it to was trying to test it off the banjo fitting at the rail, but I don't think he knew what else to do

I would test the air flow meter that can cause what you are talking about also if you search airflow meter in the search on this page theirs a link to how to test. Good luck my friend
