I wouldn't go over 4,500 for it.
It's a known issue engine, so driven less is actually bad as it causes gaskets and seals to fail.
It's still a old vehicle and that fender damage will cost at least 2000$ with paint blending and all.
It's nice but not worth that. You can get a 3rd gen for that with a better engine and rust free.
