90K Mile Service

I'm taking my 2000 4Runner 4x4 into the stealership for a 90K mile service. I've read on this forum not to ask for a "service" from the dealer but to instead tell them what I want done, in hopes of saving some money from having them do unnecessary work. I was quoted $399 for their special 90K mile service + $200 for timing belt and $220 for water pump. Their special seemd a little high and involved services I don't need. Below is a list of what I was planning to have done. Does this sound good? Is there anything I'm forgetting or anything I shouldn't bother with? Is any fuel injection service necessary?

Change Engine Oil
Flush Transmission
Change Transfer Case oil
Change Front / Rear Differential Fluid
Brake fluid flush
Coolant flush
Lube Driveline
Re-Torque propeller shaft and drive shaft bolts
Replace spark plugs
replace air filter
replace pcv valve
replace Timing Belt
water pump? if necessary

I'll also have them check the brakes, hoses and belts.

thanks for the help and advice.
