Hello,
I just bought a 02 4Runner with 92000 miles on it. In a previous post someone mentioned taking it in for a 90K service which would include replacing the timing belt and water pump. However I just read in another thread that many think this is overkill;

I'll probably do it anyway just to be on the safe side. I'm not a mechanic but did replace the timing belt on my son's '86 Nissan 300ZX not long ago . I'm wondering if I could do this myself on the 4Runner... I would need a good manual, does anyone know where I can find one? Where could I find out what needs to be done at the 90K service? Thanks.
