92 3.0 distributor worn out

Hey guys, started up the ole 4runner and after about 5 mins of running I heard a "scratching" sound from the engine bay. Opened the hood and heard the noise coming from the distributor. Checked under the cap and I could see marks on the new cap. I tugged on the rotor back and forth and it looks like the bushings/ bearings are worn because I can get it to move. Are there rebuild kits for these or do I have to buy a whole new distributor?

Update: Looked around for hours and hours trying to find a "rebuild kit" or at least the bushings. No dice. Bought a rebuilt Dizzy off of ebay.

curious, how many miles are on that dizzy? Never heard of one wearing out like that before, just curious where the miles are then these would be prone to failure.

Only 144k. I thought it was weird to, but the scratching underneath the cap and the looseness of the shaft doesn't lie
